The intact nature, crystal clear lakes, the vast alpine steppes, the big unknown. These might be the first words and memories that come to our minds when we reflect on our expedition to Durmitor, the mountainous national park in Montenegro. Cycling, just like any other outdoor sport, has its well-known, safe bet locations, as well as those yet to be fully explored with lots of hidden potential. Montenegro belongs to the latter, and so it triggered our adventurous spirits to the decision to organize the 2024 edition of Among the Giants in this Balkan country.

Looking back at the adventure, a few months after it ended, we can say it was completely worth it. We are grateful for the long-lasting memories we made over those five days in the unique region, despite all the logistical hustle it entailed. Now, after weeks of anticipation and curated hard work of our media team, we are delighted to finally present the official video of Among the Giants 7, produced by Fluke Visuals with stills from Brazo de Hierro.

The movie depicts not just the landscapes we encountered but also brings riders’ testimonials and their expectations of the rather unfamiliar region and how it amazed us. It also shows the bonding atmosphere that we created within the group as we lived through those days together.
