Last October we covered Jack Ultra Cyclist‘s latest achievement, in which he managed to complete a new challenge to include in his individual success list. Following what he accomplished, Jack is now the holder of the world record for the most kilometers cycled in a week. After seven consecutive days of riding an average of 500 km, Jack set the new record in a total of 3.505 km.
Today, looking to past moments, Jack Ultra Cyclist is launching the film about this world record in which, in addition to unfolding his project and explaining to us everything that happened in that tough week in Seville, he insists on the importance of achieving mental wellbeing. Taking care of oneself and being aware of personal limits are the key to improve on a daily basis and accept who we are, taking into account both our strengths and weaknesses.
In the following video you will realize the amount of difficulties faced in a challenge of this magnitude, including logistical, physical and mental setbacks.
